The Interdisciplinary Center "Organizing Social Sustainability" is led by Klarissa Lueg and Simon Jebsen. We are dedicated to researching how humans experience identity, belonging and social relationships. OSS researchers identify and analyze challenges to social cohesion in organizations and society.
